  • Our Grand Rapids Office is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 to 5:00.

    The best access to our lower level suite is from the north barrier free entrance.  As you enter our lot, you will see specific parking reserved for our patients.  Follow the ramp to the north entrance and either take the elevator or stairs to the first floor.  Once you're at the lower level, follow the signs to the end of the hall and you will see our suite on the right, just past the conference room.
